Our service desks are situated both outside the South Gate Square and at the entrance on the first floor of the CGCM. These desks offer consulting services, tour bookings, and other helpful services for visitors. The service desk at the first-floor entrance provides a diverse array of services, such as guided tours, equipment rentals (including audio guides, wheelchairs, and strollers), distribution of promotional materials, luggage storage, assistance with lost items, handling visitor messages, gathering feedback, and various other offerings.
