Location: Northwest side at Basement 1
Spanning approximately 660 square meters, the restaurant offers delicacies from the Grand Canal and intangible cultural heritage foods inspired by the renowned novel Dream of the Red Chamber. It includes dining areas dedicated to intangible cultural heritage specialties and canal-inspired cuisine. In line with Su Shi’s philosophy of “embracing life’s uncertainties and relishing the simplicity of daily meals”, you can delve into the various dimensions of canal life through each dish, flavor, and local tradition and immerse yourself in the rich culinary tapestry of the canal with each cup, bowl, and feast.

Tingyuan Café:
Location: Atrium on the first floor
The café, spanning approximately 300 square meters, specializes in serving coffee and desserts. Additionally, it may introduce snacks tailored for special exhibitions or festivals, such as the “Canal Series” and “Museum Anniversary Series” snacks. This café provides a perfect spot for visitors to relax after exploring exhibitions. Rich coffee paired with exquisite desserts will lift your spirits with their lingering fragrance.

Yincui Teahouse:
Location: Southwest side at Basement 1
We offer a selection of fine teas, attentive service, delectable snacks, and a unique tea art experience in a space with a traditional decor style. Our aim is to provide a cozy environment where people can unwind and savor tea. You can relax in the teahouse with a few friends over a cup of foam-capped tea after lunch, savoring the simple pleasures of life.
